How do I configure the pager system... ?

You Don't! Virtually all of our systems are fully configured so all you need to do is plug in the system and it is fully operational there and then - no configuration charge, no install fees, just simple operation that will work for you. And if you need us for the more complex systems we're here for that too - just a call away. We can install any equipment on request.

Why doesn't your sales team come and see us... ?

We certainly can come and see you. However, for regular system sales there really is no need to do that. If you are a corporate we always visit to discuss your requirements but in the case of a regular sale it really is not necessary.

What is on-site paging... ?

On site paging systems have a transmitter and several receivers (pagers). The system typically works on your companies site so the range does not extend long distance (for miles), but rather the coverage of the site only. This is slightly blurred with our latest systems which can page using SMS which has a worldwide range. Please contact us for more information.

When is a good time for you to call us... ?

Our hours are 9:00AM to 17:30PM Monday to Friday.
